"Katie was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. I rarely leave reviews, but had to do so for her. She took care of every little detail for us. Katie had so much knowledge about the area and was able to connect us with local electricians and contractors so we could make a few minor tweaks to the property. We live out of town, so she even met the workman at the property for us. She even noticed a minor detail that the property inspector missed and had it fixed. Katie was very responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to see a property at the last minute. Sadly that was often. She contacted the Homeowner's association with any questions we had so she could be certain we had all of the answers we needed. The night we took possession she came over with flowers, wine and a basket of goodies. The most impressive part was that she then stayed to help us set up our Ring doorbell and Nest thermostat.
